Keys were locked in trunk of car and the gentleman from Ace arrived shortly after being called. Since this was a newer model vehicle with smart key, a cutter for this key was not available yet and he needed to get creative. He worked in 90 degree + heat for at least 30 minutes straight until he was able to successfully open the trunk by going through the backseats, thus retrieving the keys . The price was extremely reasonable and he was very polite. This helped get us out of real jam….on a Sunday. Thank you very much. I highly recommend Ace Lock Safe & Security before anyone else!
